These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by Kohta Kouchi (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"). The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. However, this provision shall not apply if the contract between the Operator and the User regarding the Service constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.

The copyright of the content (text, images, program code, etc.) posted on the Service belongs to the Operator or a third party with legitimate rights. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, publicly transmit, etc. such content beyond the scope of private use without the prior permission of the Operator.
